In the middle of nature, friendly staff, food prices absolutely ok, wine could cost a little less. We'd love to come back and try the food

Great place for a stop along the bike route. It was our goal for the day and it was worth the trip. Beautiful scenery and time. Extremely clean and tables are “distanced” enough you don’t have to worry. Had a few biers and great food along with company.

Have been there 3 times on Father's Day and also several times on weekends. The times that were like there and always like to go there speak for themselves.

Nice place, just had coffee and dessert. Very relaxing.

The food was good, only the salad didn't taste good to me, there was no salad dressing on it tasted bland

Nice destination. The food portions are ample and reasonably priced. It also tastes good ;-) There are homemade cakes and in summer it is great to sit around outside. There are enough areas for the children to play and run around. Dogs are welcome.

Very nicely located hut with a great view / with outdoor seating options. Friendly staff. Very good coffee and we also liked the cake very much. I was surprised to see the colorful audience of families with children, pensioners, cyclists, bikers and riders. Keep it up. Coming back soon ...

Delicious meal. We were very welcome as a motorcycle group. Unfortunately, the driveway is a bit difficult to find.

Peppered price increase of ø 20-30% since September 2019. Example: before now Beer 0.5l € 3.50 € 4.50 = 28% Hut burger € 3.00 € 4.00 = 33% Everyone can judge for themselves whether this is appropriate in Weilerbach. Moderate price adjustment yes, but personally I think that's exaggerated.

Above average German food. Good views. Parking is near the restaurant, yes you can drive on the paved hiking trail to get there though it's a bit awkward. Recommend going when warm and sunny. No reservations required. Just go to the window & order. Marinated stake is delish.

Nice place to sit and have a drink or ice cream, especially the terrace. Also very nice that there is a "parking lot" for horses. However, the food is rather standard.

You have to bring a lot of time with you when the weather is nice.

Nice destination on warm summer evenings. But then always well frequented. Popular with the transatlantic audience. Self-service at the patio, service in the log cabin. The quality of the food is average. Prices as well.

Cozy, personable, the only waitress was very busy, but very attentive. Had the wild boar and venison, very good and great prices. Would recommend to anyone.

Nice destination; but less so for families. You can sit comfortably and nicely here to enjoy the view and the sun. The portions are decent, the quality seems to be right, and so the prices are okay. There are also plenty of parking spaces for cars, bicycles and horses and a short walk from a parking lot a little further away. So far the hut is on a 5-star course. Unfortunately, it quickly becomes boring for small children, as there is no playground or other play-led people. Hence a good 4 stars.

Food was good but the owners were constantly complaining to their staff about their service. Our server looked like she was on the verge of tears the whole meal. I thought she was doing a great job and told her so.

Local food and drink served at a quality venue. Inside the wooden building is lovely and Cosey. Outside has spectacular views, family and dog friendly.

My favorite place for Rahm schnitzel!
